Hi! I am Debi Talbert. I am an intentional living and alcohol freedom coach. I know what it's like to desire alcohol. Alcohol first came into my life to help me feel comfortable fitting in. As life went on, it grew into my #1 way of coping with all of life. I remember feeling broken, stuck and worried I'd never untangle my over drinking habit. I believed "the drink" rescued me when I felt overwhelmed, lonely, anxious, or stressed.
What I thought....
I was broken and somehow "not normal".
What I discovered....
My approach was the problem, not me!
When I changed my approach, everything changed for me. I'm on a mission to end the shame and blame approach to ending unwanted habits.
