About Your Coach
I get it. I've been right where you are now. Believing the narrative "A woman over the age of 50 is all washed up, too old and past her prime".
Which lead me to experience a lack of motivation and enthusiasm. I'd lost my spark & zest for life.
I created this space because of the profound impact a chance encounter with a Life Coach had on my life.
It turns out, changing my belief about aging transformed my entire life. I used the tools I teach inside Busy Being Flawsome to end my decade-long struggle with overdrinking, revive the spark in my marriage, and create a coaching business.
I continue to use these tools because they empower me to navigate challenges and embolden me to be my perfectly imperfect, flawsome self every day!

In Busy Being Flaswome (BBF) community, perfection isn't the goal. We focus on gains, self-compassion and fun.
You'll learn to feel what you feel. Accept what you feel and honor yourself and grow.
I haven’t yet been successful at anything before. What if I keep failing?
You'll learn to collect data and how to turn setbacks into stepping stones. The training, tools and coaching will help you uncover what’s blocking you and how to move forward without shame or blame.
What happens when I first join?
You'll receive a welcome email and all the details.
I'm unsure about the coaching part. How does that work?
Coaching is a tool to help you uncover what you, the person experiencing a circumstance, is unable to notice, figure out, experience on your own. Think of it like a guide helping you bring awareness to what you are unaware of.
You'll never be called out.
